Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CrusherDB handles information when you visit or use its poker training services. CrusherDB is in early development, so this policy will be updated before materially different data uses or paid services are introduced.
Information we collect
- Account information: when Google sign-in is used, we may receive your Google account identifier, email address, name, profile image and email-verification status.
- Profile and access information: details you add to your profile and the account role assigned to you, such as user or coach.
- Service and security information: essential session data, login events, device and browser information, IP address, request logs and error records needed to operate and protect the service.
- Content you provide: when those features become available, this may include poker hand histories, tags, notes, recordings, analysis and support messages.
- Billing information: paid services are not active. If introduced, payment details will be handled by a payment provider and this policy will be updated. CrusherDB does not intend to store full payment-card numbers.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, maintain accounts and roles, provide product features, process user requests, secure and troubleshoot the service, communicate about accounts and support, and improve the product.
Sharing
CrusherDB does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the service, when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. Providers should receive only the information reasonably needed for their work.
Cookies and similar technology
The current product uses essential session technology for authentication and security. Advertising cookies are not part of the current service. If analytics or other non-essential technologies are added, this policy and any required choices will be updated.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal or operational reasons. You may also revoke CrusherDB's Google account access through your Google account settings.
Age requirement
CrusherDB is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
