Terms of Use

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms govern access to CrusherDB's early-stage poker training service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access poker-related educational material where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Account roles, including coach access, are assigned by CrusherDB.

Educational purpose

CrusherDB provides educational poker content. It does not guarantee winnings or improved results and is not financial, legal or gambling advice. You are responsible for your decisions and for complying with applicable laws and platform rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CrusherDB a limited license to host, process, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate features you choose to use. You must have the right to submit the content and must not upload material that unlawfully exposes another person's private information or infringes another person's rights.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, evade access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or redistribute protected content without permission, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Paid services

Billing is not currently active. Any future price, renewal, cancellation, refund and access-expiry terms will be presented before a purchase and reflected in updated terms where appropriate.

Availability and changes

The service is under active development. Features may change, pause or be discontinued. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users or legal rights. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. CrusherDB does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, CrusherDB is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
